LONDON (Alliance News) - Range Resources Ltd on Wednesday said Zhiwei Gu has been appointed as non-executive chairman of the company with immediate effect.
Gu joined the board in January 2015 and is a corporate lawyer, currently working as a partner at law firm Dentons.
He replaces David Chen, who has stepped down to focus on his other business interests.
Range shares were up 0.4% to 0.49 pence.
