RPS Group Reorganises US, Europe And Asia Pacific Segments

LONDON (Alliance News) - RPS Group PLC said Monday that it has reorganised its business segments as part of a strategy to revitalise the Energy business.

RPS's oil and gas assets in Australia Asia Pacific and Norway have been transferred to a newly created Energy unit. The Metocean businesses that have significant oil and gas sector exposure have also been transferred to the Energy division.

A new team has been appointed to manage the Energy segment, and the Built & Natural Environment - North America has been renamed "North America".

In addition, the Norway business now reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and the UK, Ireland and Netherlands operating businesses have been split into two: Consulting - UK and Ireland and Services - UK and Netherlands.

RPS will report its interim results on August 2.

Shares in RPS were up 1.0% at 258.00 pence on Monday
