(Alliance News) - Renew Holdings PLC said its Chief Executive Officer Paul Scott, Chief Financial Officer Sean Wyndham-Quin and Executive Director Andris Liebenberg have purchased GBP50,000 in stock between them on Friday.
Scott purchased 5,450 shares at a price of 367 pence per share, totalling GBP20,001. He now holds 52,862 shares in total, reflecting a 0.1% stake in Renew.
Liebenberg bought the same amount of shares for the same price each as Scott, bringing his total shareholding to 38,821 overall, a 0.1% interest in Renew.
Wyndham-Quin acquired 2,725 shares for 367 pence each, meaning he now holds 13,993 shares in total.
Shares in the engineering service firm were up 2.8% at 370.00 pence on Friday in London.
