UK DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Superdry Founder Ups Stake To 19.5%

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Superdry PLC - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire-based clothing retailer - Julian Dunkerton, founder & chief executive, buys 846,833 shares at GBP1.36, worth GBP1.1 million, on Monday. Now holds 16.0 million shares, a 19.5% stake. Non-Executive Director Alastair Miller buys 20,000 shares, also at GBP1.36, worth GBP27,112, also on Monday. Superdry had on Monday posted a drop in annual revenue and a deeper loss as it expressed concern about economic recovery and the resultant impact to its turnaround plan. The stock fell 13% on Monday but was up 9.9% on Tuesday.

Network International Holdings PLC - Middle East-focused payment solutions provider - Chief Financial Officer Rohit Malhotra buys 20,000 shares at GBP2.35 and Senior Independent Director Darren Pope buys 8,824 at GBP2.24, both on Monday and together worth GBP66,841. Network International on Monday had said its chair, CEO and another non-executive director had bought a total of 152,245 shares, worth GBP360,221. Earlier Monday, Network International had said it was "not aware" of the reason behind a recent sharp fall in the company's stock price.

Finsbury Food Group PLC - Cardiff-based cake and bread baker - Alice Duffy, wife of CEO John Duffy, buys 173,913 shares at 57.5p, worth GBP100,000, on Monday. The Duffys now hold 2.6 million shares, a 2.0% stake. Nicola Boyd, wife of Finance Director Steve Boyd, buys 100,000 shares at average 56.5p, also on Monday. Nicola Boyd now has 1.2 million shares, a 0.9% stake.

Redrow PLC - Chester-based housebuilder - Yvonne Tutte, associate of Director John Tutte, buys 25,000 shares at GBP3.66, worth GBP91,600, on Tuesday.

Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd - Sheffield-based multi-utility infrastructure and services provider - Non-Executive Director Jonathan Turner buys 350,000 shares via Bayford Group at average 34.05p, worth GBP119,175, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week.

PV Crystalox Solar PLC - Abingdon, Oxfordshire-based photovoltaic wafer maker Chief Financial Officer Peter Finnegan buys 235,185 shares at 27.5p and 28.5p, worth GBP65,178, on Friday and Monday. Separately, PV Crystalox Solar says Finnegan has a 7.2% stake in the company.

Renold PLC - Manchester-based supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products - Chief Executive Robert Purcell buys 300,000 shares at average 9.51 pence and 90,000 in wife Anna's name at 9.44p, together worth GBP37,026, on Friday last week. Purcell now interested in 4.7 million shares, a 2.1% stake.
