LONDON (Alliance News) - NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Ltd said Thursday that it has appointed a former PricewaterhouseCoopers parter as independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
David Staples left PwC in 2003 and is currently non-executive director at Ruffer Investment Company Ltd, Henderson Far East Income Ltd, Global Fixed Income Realisation Ltd, and Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Ltd.
He will offer himself up for election at the company's June 19 AGM .
Shares in NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund were down 0.1% at 94.00 pence on Thursday morning.
