Both Doherty and Demirdogen resign "to pursue other business opportunities". Additionally, Chae volunteers for a 20% cut in basic salary during the Covid-19 crisis. Scapa expects to report underlying trading profit for the financial year that ended March 31 in line with the guidance it provided back in February.

----------
