(Alliance News) - Real Good Food PLC said Monday that divisional finance head Maribeth Keeling had been promoted to group chief financial officer for the cake decoration and food ingredients firm with immediate effect.
Keeling is currently the finance chief of the cake decoration division at Real Good Food. This division is one of the two remaining profitable businesses which now comprise the majority of Real Good Food.
Real Good Food explained Keeling had experience of working within a "variety of listed and private businesses in senior finance, business improvement, integration and company secretarial roles".
Real Good Food Chief Executive Officer Hugh Cawley said: "We are delighted that Maribeth has agreed to assume the role of group CFO, and we look forward to working with her to continue the improvement in performance of Real Good Food."
Shares in Real Good Food were 3.3% lower at 7.01 pence in London on Monday.
