Top U.S. pipeline company Kinder Morgan Inc said it will putall its publicly traded units under one roof in a $70 billiondeal, responding to investor concerns about its growth prospectsand complicated financial structure.

The company said it would shed the tax-advantaged legalstructure, the Master Limited Partnership, and fold its unitsinto one company with a market capitalization of $92 billionorganized as a C-corporation.

The affected units include Kinder Morgan Energy Partners,Kinder Morgan Management, and El Paso Pipeline Partners. Thedeal is comprised of $40 billion in Kinder Morgan equity, $4billion in cash and $27 billion in assumed debt.

Five fast food chains including McDonald's and Yum Brandshave published details of their suppliers on their Chinesewebsites following a request from Shanghai authorities after afood safety scare.

Shanghai's Municipal Food and Drug Administration said onSaturday it had asked the two chains, along with Burger King,Dicos and Carl's Jr, to publish the usually confidentialinformation as part of efforts government efforts to strengthenoversight of food suppliers.

The online travel agency forecast third-quarter earningsbelow analysts' estimates, mainly due to heavy spending on itsinternational expansion.

Global health agencies are only starting to consider whetherto make experimental Ebola drugs, most of which have only beentested on monkeys, available to patients in West Africa.

Tekmira is one of a few companies with a treatment advancedenough to be tested on people.

The company said its experimental insulin formulation wasfound more effective than current therapies in controllingglucose after two meals, in a mid-stage trial.

A clinical trial of an experimental vaccine against thedeadly Ebola virus is set to start shortly, according to theBritish drugmaker, which is co-developing the product with U.S.scientists.

** EXXONMOBIL, Friday close $99.74, -0.73 pctpremarket

The U.S. oil giant began drilling in Russia's Arctic onSaturday, despite Western sanctions imposed on its Russianpartner Rosneft, and was hailed by Russia's president as anmodel of "cooperation".

** GENERAL MOTORS CO, Friday close $33.53

The automaker has lost its bid to dismiss a lawsuit accusingit of concealing critical evidence about a faulty ignitionswitch linked to the death of a Georgia woman in 2010.
