ST PETERSBURG, Russia, June 18 (Reuters) - Russian gasproducer Gazprom plans to keep a 51 percent stake in aconsortium which will expand the Nord Stream gas pipelinerunning beneath the Baltic Sea to Germany, the firm's spokesmanSergei Kupriyanov said on Thursday.
