RAM Active Media, an entertainment and information provider, has unveiled a five-year advertising sales contract win for its subsidiary, RAM Vision, with property owners, Lend Lease. RAM will provide advertising sales, scheduling, content and broadcasting at Bluewater shopping centre. The firm said the win will deliver immediate revenue enhancement. Shares climbed 11.11% to 1.25p. Acta, a clean energy product firm, has entered into a ten-year agreement with Heliocentris Energy Solutions which will buy alkaline solid membrane electrolyser products from Akta, with a minimum purchase commitment of 500 units in the third year of the partnership and €1.5m in year four. In exchange Heliocentris will have a non exclusive world-wide licence to use Acta's technology in all Heliocentris products. The agreement is conditional on an investment of €250,000 by Heliocentris in any equity fundraising by Acta of over £1.8m. Heliocentris have indicated an investment price of up to 6p per share. Acta shares rose 10.53% to 5.25p.Sensor system provider Transense Technologies has announced that its trading division, IntelliSAW, has entered into an exclusive representative agreement with Tech One Electronics, under which Tech One will provide market coverage in the South East US territory for IntelliSAW. "Access to IntelliSAW's unique electrical switchgear temperature monitoring system will allow Tech One to expand its portfolio of products and services into the Smart Grid arena where IntelliSAW's technology provides real-time, continuous monitoring of mission-critical electric power switchgear," Transense said. Shares rose 6.82% to 5.88p.
