LONDON (Alliance News) - Illustrated non-fiction book publisher Quarto Group Inc on Wednesday said Chief Financial Officer Mick Mousley will retire from his role after 28 years with the company.
The search for his replacement has been initiated, and Mousley will remain with the company until his successor is appointed.
"I could not have asked for a more committed, hard-working and helpful partner in the time since I have been CEO, a sentiment I know my predecessor shares. The enormous contribution Mick has made to The Quarto Group, its history and each one of its people over the years can never be underestimated," said Marcus Leaver, Quarto's chief executive.
Shares in Quarto were untraded Wednesday, having last traded at 193.50 pence.
