LONDON (Alliance News) - PuriCore PLC said that Non-Executive Director Daniel Hegglin bought 500,000 shares in the company at 18 pence Tuesday.
Following this buy Hegglin's interest in the company is 5.9 million shares, or 11.79% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in PuriCore closed up 7.7% at 19.65 pence Wednesday afternoon.
