LONDON (Alliance News) - Premier Technical Services Group PLC Tuesday said Hawk Investment Holdings Ltd and two of its directors sold a total of 10.0 million shares, equal to an 11.3% stake, in the niche specialist services provider via a placing.
The shares were sold at a price of 81.00 pence per share on Monday. The transaction was worth a total of GBP8.1 million.
Hawk Investment Holdings sold 5.0 million shares and now hold 13.5 million shares, or a 15.4% stake.
Chairman John Foley sold 3.0 million shares, leaving him with 19.3 million shares, or a 21.8% stake and Chief Executive Officer Paul Teasdale sold 2.0 million shares and now holds 20.2 million shares or a 22.9% stake.
The stock was down 2.9% at 85.00p Tuesday.
