(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Heavitree Brewery PLC - Exeter-based chain of 70 pubs - William Tucker resigns as senior non-executive director from August 1. Tucker joined company in 1954 and board in 1955, taking over as managing director in 1970 and as chair from his father in 1974. Oversaw the ending of brewing operations and shift to tenanted pub estate. Won't appoint replacement director at this time.

Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd - Bangladesh-based manufacturer and exporter of medicines - Appoints Mamtaz Uddin Ahmed as independent non-executive director with immediate effect. Ahmed is a professor of accounting and information systems at University of Dhaka. Holds or has held a number of board positions, including with Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.

PureTech Health PLC - London-based clinical-stage biotherapeutics - Founding entity, Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Vor Biopharma, adds David Lubner to board. Lubner was chief financial officer of Ra Pharmaceuticals Inc until May, leaving following the completion of Ra's acquisition by UCB SA of Belgium in April.

AB Dynamics PLC - Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire-based testing systems and measurement products for automotive market - Appoints Richard Elsy as non-executive director from August 1, while Graham Eves to retire from board on August 31. Elsy was engineering director of Jaguar and ran former London listing Torotrak PLC for several years.
