Blue Prism Group PLC - Warrington, England-based robotic process automation firm - Calls reconvened court and general meetings for December 7 to approve GBP1.10 billion takeover by funds managed by Vista Equity Partners Management LLC. While SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc earlier this month made a tentative approach for Blue Prism worth 1,200.00 pence per share, besting Vista's 1,125.00p firm offer, Blue Prism says on Wednesday that SS&C still has not made a firm offer. Therefore the board continues to recommend the Vista offer.
