"The board believes the company to be significantly undervalued given its current share price and resultant market capitalisation," the firm says. Basic loss per share was GBP1.06, swinging from earnings per share of 0.08 pence.

Notes "pleasing" progress by several of its investee companies in the face of Covid-related challenges. Says it did not need to raise any capital in 2021 and sees no immediate to do so, though it does not rule out the possibility.
