LONDON (Alliance News) - Specialist engineering firm Pressure Technologies PLC said it has promoted Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Neil MacDonald to independent non-executive chair.
MacDonald's appointment follows the departure of Alan Wilson, who has resigned as independent non-executive chair with immediate effect.
Independent Non-Executive Director Brian Newman has now been made senior independent non-executive director.
"The directors will look to make additional appointments to the board in due course," said Pressure Technologies.
On Tuesday, the company said it has completed the GBP11.1 million sale of its PT Biogas Holdings Ltd subsidiary to Creation Capital Corp.
Shares in Pressure Technologies closed down 0.5% at 102.00 pence on Thursday.
