Pressure Technologies Appoints New Finance Director As Lister Retires

LONDON (Alliance News) - Pressure Technologies PLC Tuesday said that Finance Director James Lister will step down from the board on June 30 and will retire on September 1, to be replaced by Joanna Allen on July 13.

Allen has been a director in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Assurance practice since 2008.

"I am delighted to welcome Joanna to Pressure Technologies and I am sure that her extensive experience of finance in general and acquisitions in particular will be a strong asset to the board," Chairman Alan Wilson said in a statement.

Shares in Pressure Technologies were trading up 1% at 207.00 pence at the open on Tuesday.
