EXECUTIVE CHANGES: U&I, Pressure Technologies appoint new CFOs

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

U&I Group PLC - London-based property regeneration developer and investor - Appoints James Christmas as chief financial officer with effect on June 19, after joining the group's board as executive director on Monday next week. He will be replacing current Chief Financial & Operating Officer Marcus Shepherd. Christmas's most recent executive role was as CFO at real estate and private equity investment firm RCL Partners.

Pressure Technologies PLC - Sheffield, England-based specialist engineering for pressure containment and control - Appoints James Locking as chief financial officer with immediate effect. Was first picked as interim finance director in October 2020 after prior CFO Joanna Allen stepped down.

Myanmar Strategic Holdings Ltd - developer and operator of consumer businesses in Myanmar - Proposes the appointment of Jonathan Kolb as executive director in the role of chief financial officer, subject to approval at the AGM on Monday next week. Kolb was appointed as CFO in a non-board position in July 2020.

Asiamet Resources Ltd - focused on the development of copper-gold deposits on the Indonesian islands - Appoints Eva Djauhari as non-executive director with immediate effect. Is currently the founding partner of Jakarta-based law firm Armila and Rako, which specialises in investments, M&A and project financing.

Macfarlane Group PLC - Glasgow-based packaging firm - Non-Executive Director Andrea Dunstan to step down from her role with effect at the end of her third-year term on September 1. Board has started a search process to find replacement.

AEX Gold Inc - Greenland-focused gold miner - Intends to appoint Line Frederiksen and David Neuhauser as non-executive directors with effect at the AGM on June 9 after gaining shareholder approval. Frederiksen is chief financial officer for Greenland-based telecom services provider Tele Greenland A/S.
