(Alliance News) - Autins Group PLC said Tuesday that Pressure Technologies PLC Chair Neil MacDonald has joined the acoustic and thermal insulation firm as non-executive director with immediate effect.
MacDonald - a chartered accountant - previously served as finance chief at seals maker AES Engineering Ltd and aerospace firm Firth Rixson. He is currently chair at Pressure Technologies and holds other non-executive roles.
"We are delighted to welcome Neil to the board of Autins Group," Autins Chair Adam Attwood said. "Neil brings a wealth of experience from his successful finance career in engineering companies and, more recently, from his various non-executive roles."
Shares in Autins were untraded at 28.70 pence in London on Tuesday.
