Pensana PLC - London-based miner - Plans to establish rare earth separation facility at Saltend Chemicals Park, Yorkshire, costing USD125 million. Targets production of 12,500 tonnes of rare earth oxides per year. Facility will process sulphates from Pensana's planned mine in Angola. Saltend site is in a low-tax freeport. Development of both separation facility and mine to start later this year.

Current stock price: 167.83 pence, down 6.8% on Wednesday

Year-to-date change: up 53%
