LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and gas company President Energy PLC on Thursday said Chairman Peter Levine made his third share purchase in a week on Wednesday.
Levine bought 136,389 shares in the company at 6.90 pence per share. The new acquisition comes after Levine had already increased his stake in the company on Friday last week and on Monday.
He now owns 117.8 million President Energy shares, or 22% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in President Energy were up 2.3% to 7.11 pence on Thursday.
