(Alliance News) - Polar Capital Holdings PLC said Monday that Quintin Price has resigned as a director of the company with immediate effect.
The investment management company said Price, who joined the board in July 2018, resigned in order to focus on his other commitments.
Polar Capital said a new independent non-executive director will be appointed in due course.
"The board thanks Quintin for his service and commitment to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavors," the company said.
Polar Capital shares were up 1.9% in London at 532.00 pence each on Monday afternoon.
