(Alliance News) - Netherlands-based property company Plaza Centers NV on Monday said Elbit Imaging Ltd now holds a 24.9% stake in the company, down from 27.1%.
Since Plaza's prior announcement on February 24, Elbit has sold 152,000 of their shares for an average price of ILS0.76, about 16.5 pence, each. The total sale amounts to ILS116,000, about GBP25,198.
Elbit is an Israeli holding company based in Tel-Aviv, Israel that currently holds over 1.7 million Plaza shares in an escrow account.
Plaza shares were trading up 1.6% at PLN1.26, about 24.3p, each in Warsaw on Monday. They were untraded in London, last quoted on Friday at 30.50p.
