Plaza Centers NV - Netherlands-based property firm - Due to negative affect of Covid-19 on the economic situation in India, the purchaser of the 74.7 acre plot in Chennai, India, is seeking additional time to close the deal. Parties have also come to revised understanding of deal: purchaser will deposit INR10.0 million, around GBP102,299, and then an additional INR5 million by December 1.
Purchaser will then have seven months to completed the deal, that can be extended by purchaser of an additional deposit of INR75 million.
