LONDON (Alliance News) - Primary Health Properties PLC Thursday said it is to buy a purpose built health care property for GBP2.5 million.
The company said that a subsidiary has contracted to acquire "a newly built property, being constructed within the Macclesfield General District Hospital campus redevelopment".
The property will be fully let to East Cheshire NHS Trust for a 21-year term.
It is due to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2015.
Shares in Primary Health Properties were up 1.1% at 392.75 pence on Thursday morning.
