LONDON (Alliance News) - Primary Health Properties PLC said Tuesday that Director Harry Hyman and his wife had acquired 58 shares in a monthly investment account at 339 pence last Wednesday.
Following the transaction Hyman holds a 4.18% interest in the company.
The real estate investment trust's shares were trading up 1.50 pence at 338.50 pence Tuesday afternoon.
