LONDON (Alliance News) - Pathfinder Minerals PLC said Thursday that Company Secretary James Normand has resigned with immediate effect.
Normand will remain as an employee of the company for his notice period of six months, Pathfinder said. It intends to appoint an appropriate replacement in due course.
Shares in Pathfinder Minerals were up 3.57% at 0.725 Thursday afternoon.
