Oriole Resources PLC - gold exploration company focused on Cameroon and Senegal - Receives a maiden JORC-compliant exploration target for its 90% owned Bibemi orogenic gold project in Cameroon. Says it was delivered by independent consultant Forge International Ltd. Gets a maiden JORC-compliant exploration target for the Bakassi Zone 1 prospect of between six million tonnes and eight million tonnes at grades ranging from 1.50 to 1.70 grammes per tonne of gold for between 290,000 and 440,000 troy ounces of gold.

Trident Royalties PLC - London-based mining royalty and streaming company - Says the US District Court of the district of Nevada has scheduled an oral hearing for January 5, 2023 for its Thacker Pass Lithium project in Nevada, following completion of briefings.

Panthera Resources PLC - Africa and India-focused gold miner - Issues 10.0 million new shares that will be admitted to trading on AIM on or around October 18. Its total share capital will consist of 130.9 million shares following admission.

Agronomics Ltd - Isle of Man, UK-based cellular agriculture company - Notes its portfolio company Meatable BV entered a partnership with Singapore-based development and manufacturing company Esco Aster Pte Ltd. This partnership will facilitate the production of Meatable's cultivated pork products, which are aiming to initially be launched in selected restaurants in Singapore in 2024, it says. Does not disclose financial details of the partnership.

Central Asia Metals PLC - copper, zinc and lead explorer operating in Kazakhstan and North Macedonia - Produces 5,746 tonnes of zinc in concentrate in the third quarter of 2022, up from 5,225 in the second quarter. Records 4,067 tonnes of copper in concentrate versus 3,593, quarter-on-quarter. Registers 6,899 tonnes of lead in concentrate, down from 7,091. "I am pleased to report safe and strong production from both of our operations during Q3 2022, with zero LTIs. At Kounrad, we announced increased 2022 production guidance with our H1 2022 results, and we are on track to deliver this and meet our production targets at Sasa," Chief Executive Nigel Robinson comments.

Infrastructure India PLC - Isle of Man-based closed-ended investment company focused on assets in India - Says its portfolio company Shree Maheshwar Hydel Power Corp Ltd has received a notice from the National Company Law Tribunal that a representative has been appointed to oversee a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. Remains in discussions with third parties regarding the sale of assets. Expects to provide guidance on its net asset value per ordinary share as at March 31 and notice of the date of publication of its annual audited accounts during the course of November.

DG Innovate PLC - Bingley-England based storage battery manufacturer - Progresses with the development of the Pareta electric drive platform in conjunction with its partners, the UK Ministry of Defence and Meritor. Expects pilot production in to start 2024 and targets full-scale commercial sales for the first quarter of 2025. Is ongoing commercial discussions with collaboration partners and "other potential end users in a variety of markets." Works with a number of battery manufacturers to enable further cell manufacturing development to be carried out in collaboration with them. Recently wins an Innovate UK grant of GBP170,000 to carry out a feasibility study to evaluate the manufacturing its sodium-ion anode material at scale in the UK.

Sunrise Resources PLC - Macclesfield, England-based mineral project developer - Enters a collaborative arrangement with an unnamed, existing processor of natural pozzolan to mine and test grind a bulk sample of its Hazen natural pozzolan deposit in northern Nevada. Says the test programme will provide further information on the mining characteristics and grinding behaviour. Expects 250 tons of natural pozzolan to be extracted and processed at no cost.

Real Estate Credit Investments Ltd - specialist investor in European real estate credit markets - Net asset value per share as at September 30 was GBP1.483 per share, up 0.5 pence per share versus GBP1.478 per share as at August 31. Expects to deploy its currently available cash resources in near-term commitments. Continues to see a growing pipeline of new attractive opportunities.

Pembridge Resources PLC - London-based copper-focused mining company - Records copper sales of GBP7.9 million in the third quarter of 2022, up 7% versus GBP7.3 million, year-on-year. Produces 222,696 tonnes of dry metric, a 9% increase from 203,312 in the same period in 2021. "This is another good performance from Minto with continued improvement over the previous year, for which we are grateful to the Minto team," Chief Executive & Chair Gati Al-Jebouri comments.
