LONDON (Alliance News) - Picton Property Income Ltd said Monday it will appoint Maria Bentley, a non-executive director of Nomura Europe Holdings, to its board.
Bentley will join Picton on October 1 and will be made remuneration committee chairman. She assumes this committee role from director Vic Holmes who, along with fellow director Robert Sinclair, retires at the end of September.
These changes form part of Picton's transition to a real estate investment trust.
Shares in Picton were up 0.1% at 90.78p on Monday.
