LONDON (Alliance News) - AIM-listed financing provider Private & Commercial Finance Group PLC on Thursday said it has appointed David Bull as its new finance director, effective from August 3.
Bull is the former director of finance and company secretary of Hampshire Trust Bank PLC and was the interim chief financial accountant at the Bank of England prior to this.
"I am delighted to welcome David to the group. His experience in recent years at Hampshire Trust Bank and, before that, at the Bank of England will be of significant value to us as we continue to grow and as we progress our banking licence application," said Chief Executive Scott Maybury.
Shares in Private & Commercial Finance were up 2.6% to 19.75 pence on Thursday.
