Paragon Banking Group PLC - Solihull, West Midlands-based mortgage, savings and business finance provider - Appoints Peter Hill as non-executive director, effective immediately, while Finlay Williamson will step down from board on December 31. Hill was chief executive officer of Leeds Building Society from 2011 until his retirement in 2019.
