(Alliance News) - Pan African Resources PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Director Thabo Mosololi acquired shares in the gold producer.
In a transaction on Friday last week, Mosololi purchased 50,000 shares at a price of ZAR2.40 each, worth ZAR120,000.
Mosololi's holding following this transaction was not reported.
Pan African shares closed up 4.1% in Johannesburg at ZAR2.52 each on Monday, while in London the shares closed up 0.8% at 12.70 pence each.
