LONDON (Alliance News) - OnTheMarket PLC on Wednesday said home rental property listings from its UK agents are now available on Facebook Marketplace as part of a UK launch.
OnTheMarket has become a listing partner with the social media giant's Marketplace platform, meaning that users will be able to view home rental property listings through Facebook.
Rental listings are already available on Marketplace in the US but this move with OnTheMarket forms part of a UK rentals launch.
According to OnTheMarket, over 800 million people come to Facebook Marketplace to buy and sell.
"Momentum is strong and the Facebook Marketplace integration is another example of how we shall be increasing the exposure of our agents' properties. We expect agents will be attracted to OnTheMarket to showcase their rental properties with us on Marketplace as well as on our own portal," said OnTheMarket.
Shares in OnTheMarket were up 4.1% at 142.60 pence on Wednesday.
