DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Incoming Sage chair buys GBP100,000 in shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Thursday and Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Sage Group PLC - Newcastle Upon Tyne-based accounting software - Non-Executive Director Andrew Duff buys 13,150 shares at 757.53p, worth GBP99,615, on Thursday. The purchase is Duff's only holding, having joined the board in May with plans for him to replace Donald Brydon as chair.

Oracle Power PLC - coal-to-power project in Pakistan and gold project in Australia - CEO Naheed Memon buys Nazario Consultancy Ltd, a company whose sole asset is 17.9 million shares of Oracle Power. The price of GBP55,364 equates to 0.31p per share. The stock was quoted at 0.33p early Friday, up 8.6%. Memon now has 83.2 million shares, a 3.6% stake.

Harworth Group PLC - Rotherham, South Yorkshire-based land regeneration - Ian Ball, Harworth's outgoing chief operating officer, sells 15,807 shares at GBP1.78, worth GBP28,057, on Thursday.

SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust PLC - invests in energy efficiency sector, including cogeneration, solar and storage projects, in UK, Europe and North America - Three directors and managers buy shares on Monday amid the company's GBP250 million equity raise. Tony Roper and Jonathan Maxwell each buy 25,000 shares at the issue price of 110.5p, while Christopher Knowles takes 13,300. Knowles also buys 6,700 shares at 114.0p. On Thursday, SDCL Energy Efficiency joined the FTSE 250 index of London mid-cap stocks, replacing John Laing Group PLC, which was de-listed after being acquired.
