** AutoStore shares are up 2.5%, after spiking up
to 18%, featuring among top risers on the pan-European Stoxx 600
index, following sell-off in recent weeks
** The Norwegian warehouse robot maker said German court has
halted proceedings against it in the company's latest patent row
with British rival Ocado Group
** "The Court's view was that Ocado were trying to claim
technology they had not invented," the company added in a
statement
** AutoStore lost about 44% since mid-December, when Ocado
said it had won a patent infringement lawsuit filed by AutoStore
in 2020 in the International Trade Commission (ITC)
** On Monday AutoStore stock fell as much as 13% after the
company said it would continue all patent infringement lawsuits
against British online supermarket group Ocado
** Ocado's shares are down 4.4%
