IN BRIEF: NWF Shares Resume Trading After Containing Cyber Incident

NWF Group PLC - Cheshire-based distributor of fuel, feed and food - Says satisfied cyber incident has been contained. Confirms no information material to the running of the business was "irretrievably lost". Says each of its three divisions has continued to operate with "minimal disruption" and board does not expect the incident will result in any material hit to underlying trading. Overall financial impact of response to incident not expected to be material.

"Having successfully contained this incident the board has requested that trading in the company's ordinary shares recommence," says NWF. It last week requested its shares be suspended when first reporting the cyber incident.

Current stock price: 185.60 pence

Year-to-date change: up 3.1%
