LONDON (Alliance News) - Enteq Upstream PLC Friday said Chief Operating Officer Raymond Garcia bought 76,000 shares at a price of 34 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Garcia has an interest in 585,196 shares, representing approximately 0.99% of the issued ordinary share capital.
Shares in the oil and gas services company were down 4.25 at 34.00 pence Friday.
