Mon, 13th Jul 2009 15:11

Residential property developer Northacre is one step closer getting the final green light for its new build residential scheme at the Vicarage Gate site. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea have 14 days to appeal against the decision backing Northacre in the Court of Appeal. If this further application for an appeal fails, the residential planning consent will stand."With yet another High Court decision in Northacre's favour, the die has finally been cast for securing a residential development at our Vicarage Gate site," Northacre boss John Hunter said.
