(Alliance News) - Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC on Thursday said Mark Martin resigned from the board, effective Wednesday.
The exploration & production company said Christopher Codrington has replaced Martin as senior independent director and also as chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Nostrum Oil & Gas shares closed 1.5% lower in London on Thursday at 11.50 pence each.
