Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC - production, development and exploration in pre-Caspian Basin - Hires Arfan Khan as chief executive officer and board director, starting Tuesday. Atul Gupta, who had been filling the role, will revert to being just executive chair. Says Khan has 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry, including roles at Exxon Mobil Corp, Royal Dutch Shell PLC, Enterprise Oil, Maersk Oil, Amni International Petroleum and Stratum Energy Group.
