(Alliance News) - Netcall PLC on Monday said it expects results for its recent financial year to meet market expectations that had been upgraded at its interim results.

For the financial year that ended June 30, the Bedford-based customer engagement software provider expects to report revenue growth of approximately 8.4% to GBP27.2 million from GBP25.1 million in financial 2020.

Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation rose by 20% to GBP5.3 million from GBP4.4 million.

Amid strong uptake, cloud services became Netcall's biggest revenue stream, now representing more than half of its total annual contract value at GBP9.4 million, a rise of 25% from GBP7.5 million the year before.

Chief Executive Henrik Bang called sales momentum for the company's cloud solutions "robust" in financial 2021.

In total, annual contract value increased by 10% to GBP18.5 million from GBP16.8 million.

Bang added: "We enter the new year with a strong pipeline and a substantial market opportunity, supported by an extensive customer base and expanding product offering. This, combined with a healthy balance sheet and high levels of recurring revenue, provide the board with confidence in the group's continued success."

Netcall's cash position improved to GBP14.5 million as of June 30 from GBP12.9 million on December 31.
