Netcall PLC - Bedford-based customer engagement software provider - Reports "solid performance" in financial year that ended June 30. Pretax profit of GBP990,000, up 98% from GBP500,000 the year prior. Revenue GBP27.2 million, up 8% from GBP25.1 million. Total annual contract value GBP18.5 million stands at June 30, up 10% from GBP16.8 million in 2020.

Cloud business drives growth as it becomes Netcall's biggest revenue stream. Cloud business revenue grows 26% to GBP8.3 million from GBP6.6 million year-on-year.

Proposes final ordinary dividend of 0.37 pence, up from 0.25 pence last year.

"Trading conditions in the new financial year have remained positive, with a healthy pipeline of new business combined with a growing cloud business revenue stream underpinned by an increase in annual contract value," Netcall says.

Current stock price: 80.36 pence, down 6.0% on Wednesday
