(Alliance News) - Ncondezi Energy Ltd said Monday that Non-Executive Director Jacek Glowacki resigned with immediate effect due to personal issues.
Hanno Pengilly, chief executive officer, said: "The board would like to thank Jacek for his invaluable support and guidance throughout his directorship. We wish him well in the future."
Ncondezi Energy shares closed down 2.4% in London at 5.12 pence each on Monday.
