LONDON (Alliance News) - MXC Capital Limited Friday said Chairman Peter Rigg bought 2.5 million shares at a price of 3.6 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Rigg holds 8.5 million shares, which represents 0.33% of the total issued share capital.
Shares in the technology focused merchant bank were up 4.2% at 3.75p Friday.
