LONDON (Dow Jones)--Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC (MWY.LN), an open-ended fund of fund mutual fund launched and managed by Baillie Gifford & Co., said Tuesday it purchased for cancellation 40,000 ordinary shares at a price of 940 pence per share on June 29.
