(Alliance News) - MTI Wireless Edge Ltd said Thursday it has extended its share repurchase programme until July 26, 2020.
The antennas manufacturer said the share repurchase programme started on January 28, 2019, and was originally put in place until July 26, 2019, and was subsequently extended until January 26, 2020.
However, the company decided to extend the share repurchase programme until July 26, 2020, under originally announced terms and conditions.
The company also noted that Lihi Elimelech Bechor and Richard Bennett will remain in their positions as non-executive external directors, as their appointments were for three years from May 2018 and March 2019, respectively.
MTI Wireless Edge shares were trading 2.2% lower in London at 38.65 pence each on Thursday.
