Motive Television Begins Roll-Out Of Content Express In South Africa

LONDON (Alliance News) - Motive Television PLC said Thursday that its subsidiary has begun the installation of its Content Express software platform as part of a contract with Siyaya Free to Air TV Ltd in South Africa.

Siyaya plans to begin commercial operations using Motive's software in autumn 2014.

Motive is also negotiating a software development kit license agreement with China based Shenzhen Skyworth Digital Technology Co Ltd. Skyworth is supplying set-top boxes for Siyaya's services.

Shares in Motive were trading up 2.2% at 0.0235 pence Thursday morning.
