MITIE Group, a strategic outsourcing company, has acquired complex care firm Complete Care. The business provides high acuity care at home to around 150 individuals with on-going complex clinical healthcare needs. MITIE said the firm would complement its existing domiciliary care operations in England and Wales. The business generated revenue of £17.9m and earnings before interest, tax and amortisation of £1.1m in the year ended March 31st 2013. Ruby McGregor-Smith CBE, MITIE's Chief Executive, said: "I am delighted to welcome all the people of Complete Care to MITIE who bring with them the clinical capability to support individuals living at home with long term, complex conditions.
