LONDON (Alliance News) - Matomy Media Group Ltd Thursday said Chairman Ilan Shiloah bought 5,544 shares at a price of 140 pence per share April 30.
Following this transaction, Shiloah holds 13.9 million shares, which represents a 15% stake in the firm.
Shares in the marketing company were up 3.5% at 135.00p Thursday.
